The council meets every month
from September to June. The executive meets prior to general meeting. The
general meeting is held every third Thursday of the month at 20:00 at Les
Jardins Belle Rive in Rockland.

Charter 13049 was granted on January 24, 2002. It took its name from
its parish St. Edith Stein .
